Portland Maine Engagement Session

My first Maine engagement session of the year, and wow it couldn’t have been more fun! From wandering the cobblestones to dancing on east end beach, these two were down for an adventure! They also just moved to Portland, Maine this month, so their engagement was such an awesome way to settle into their new city. Their wedding is at The Squire Tarbox Inn in August, which I am super pumped for.

About the Couple

Jordan + James are big IPA fans, just like me! They generally spend their time in Portland checking out breweries, so that’s what we did for their engagement session, too! Oxbow Blending & Brewing is a special place to them, so we took a little break during our adventure to talk about their story and their upcoming wedding day over a few pints of beer. Needless to say, I was very happy with their ideas for this session!

If you’re planning an engagement session in Maine, I highly encourage basing it in Portland. It doesn’t need to be completely urban, and you can snag beach, greenery, beer, and architectural photos all within a mile of each other. Portland truly is an amazing Maine city, and I’m excited that this lovely couple gets to now call it home!
