Rosie and Daniel met on the ski slopes in Colorado, where they both worked at the same ski resort. Despite their wintery meeting place, the couple decided to have a sunny summer wedding in Maine! With family there, it just made sense to celebrate closer to home.
Their ceremony took place at the Portland City Hall, and afterwards the wedding party strolled across the street to have a reception at The Press Hotel. With old-school newspaper vibes and iconic literary decor, the hotel served as a beautiful setting for a fun-filled celebration with the newlyweds, their family, and friends.
We took photos across the city, wandering around Portland’s Old Port for portraits. Portland’s brick walls were the perfect backdrop for portraits highlighting Rosie’s lovely dress. The city park was another fantastic place for a photo shoot, where verdant foliage highlighted their choice of a summertime wedding. We had such a blast and took so many photos that will preserve the memory of their special day!
